This product is an automation system for food packaging production lines that performs AOI inspection for product alignment and packaging seals on existing production lines. It retrieves products flowing on the line according to a set quantity, conducts AOI inspection to check for defects in packaging. Once the AOI inspection is complete, the products are returned to the line in the specified direction for final packaging by the workers. The product is a one-stop integrated device for crimp assembly of drain outlets and fittings. After the operator passes the tube through the faucet, the device assembles the faucet with the tube and the drain outlet. Then, a robot automatically combines the external cover with the back of the faucet, followed by tightening the external cover and conducting a leak test on the piping. The "Photo Mask Repair Device" is a drying and firing control system aimed at correcting black defects through laser processing and white defects through the application of repair materials. It receives coordinate position data from the inspection equipment in the previous process and moves to a location close to the defect coordinate position. The minimum correction line width is 5μm.
