Laser ablation method high-precision beam shaper

The world's first beam shaper created using laser ablation manufacturing (direct drawing processing) has been born. It offers the most cost-effective custom solutions for freeform shapes.

By using this technology, it is possible to manufacture lenses of any free shape with a surface roughness of 1nm. Various beam shaping elements such as beam shapers, splitters, and homogenizers can now be provided as refractive optical elements. - Since surface shapes that were previously impossible to manufacture can now be created, a more theoretically accurate beam profile can be achieved. - The extremely smooth lens surface minimizes light divergence. - As a refractive element, the efficiency (power in bucket) is close to 100%, significantly improving compared to DOE. - The applicable wavelength ranges from 190 nm to 2 um.
