Our company primarily handles various metal compounds based on nickel and cobalt. These metal compounds have often been used for plating, dyes, and catalysts, but recently they have made remarkable advancements in fields closely related to people's lives, such as smartphones, computers, and hybrid cars. Unlike iodine produced from brine or natural gas, metal compounds are produced from ores. Our metal compound business began with the separation and recovery of nickel and cobalt-based metal compounds from used aircraft engines.
