Our company specializes in prototyping and small lot production. We design and manufacture molds in-house and perform press processing, supporting customers from research and development to completion to meet their requirements. Mass production, including assembly processes such as spot welding and riveting, is also possible. We can handle materials ranging from iron to non-ferrous metals, with thicknesses from ultra-thin sheets of less than 0.1 mm to can processing of around 15 mm. 【Our Features】 - Capable of bending small parts such as terminals and contacts, as well as bends of about 4 meters. - We possess presses ranging from 5 tons to 300 tons, accommodating both single and progressive dies. - We have numerous machining centers and electrical discharge machines necessary for mold production. - We can perform precise welding with minimal distortion using laser welding. - We can assemble and deliver products in conjunction with plastic components, among other services. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
