We would like to introduce a case where Vega Corporation, which operates an e-commerce business (LOWYA) that offers trendy furniture and interior items at low prices, and a cross-border e-commerce platform (DOKODEMO) that sells Japanese products overseas, has implemented "MatrixFlow." The company faced a significant operational challenge in detecting and determining whether the use of a credit card was fraudulent during payment, in order to prevent unauthorized purchases.
