The 2D and 3D image inspection equipment is currently in operation! ★ It can inspect images from 0402 chips to inserted components up to 45mm in height! ★ It can reliably detect issues that were difficult to identify with 2D inspections, such as component lifting and lead lifting! ★ We also accept image inspections of assembled boards only! ★ Since it is used offline, inspection of lead components is also possible!
