This is an introduction to our punching processing technology. Feature 1: [Possession of Extra Large Press Machine] Table size: 1500×2740mm. (Since extra material is needed, the product size will be slightly smaller.) Standard materials of 1000×2000mm can be punched out directly. In addition to being able to process large products, we can increase the number of die placements to improve work efficiency and increase the yield by maximizing the use of raw materials. In addition to this 200t press machine, we also have two 100t press machines. Feature 2: [Ability to Suppress "Taiko" Deformation] When punching, the cross-section deforms and takes on a "taiko" shape. Our company can suppress this "taiko" deformation to a certain extent.

A representative example of cushioning material is expanded polystyrene. It is lightweight, inexpensive, and has excellent thermal insulation properties. However, it has low heat resistance and poor oil resistance. Additionally, it is prone to "cracking" and "chipping." The "P-Block," "Mira-Block," and "L-Block" that our company handles are all designed to be less prone to "cracking" and "chipping." The "P-Block" is made of expanded polypropylene and has excellent rigidity, the "Mira-Block" is made of expanded polyethylene and has excellent flexibility, and the "L-Block" is also made of expanded polyethylene but includes anti-static properties. Furthermore, each type has several expansion ratios set, allowing you to choose according to your needs. Since they can be reused, it may result in cost savings. It can be processed by slicing, cutting, punching, laminating, and heat bonding. Additionally, the standard sizes are 40t, 50t, and 60t × 1020 × 1200mm, and size specifications can be accommodated depending on the lot.
