Objectives of "Introduction to Masao Okuhara's QC Problem-Solving Method" and "Introduction to Masao Okuhara's QC Seven Tools" The goal is to acquire the fundamentals of quality management and the skills to improve workplace problems independently. Participants will be able to understand SQC methods and problem-solving procedures.
