What has significantly changed in the wave gear type reduction gear mechanism so far is the separation of the flex gear's deflection structure function into the gear meshing section and the output extraction section. This allows for maximizing the fatigue limit of the deflection spring gear section while enabling flexible selection of spring thickness for high torque applications. The output section adopts a shaft/cam hole method, allowing for high precision positioning through adjustable backlash amounts due to high torque compatibility and shaft arrangement. 【Features】 ■ Improved rigidity and durability of the reduction gear… Buckling torque is 200% of the conventional method ■ Enhanced positioning accuracy… Backlash and hysteresis loss are both half of the conventional method ■ Achieved low vibration through shaft/cam hole output method *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
