• Contract manufacturing

The "Pocket coil" is an independent suspension system that eliminates friction noise between adjacent coils by wrapping each coil spring individually in PP non-woven fabric. We would like to introduce "extrusion molding" conducted by our company. Extrusion molding is a processing method where materials (such as thermoplastic resins) are poured into a mold and pressure is applied, allowing the material to be extruded from the mold's exit like tokoroten. At Takahata Co., Ltd., we can bond resins molded by extrusion with non-woven fabrics and process the non-woven fabrics into various shapes using leather processing machines.
