Our company manufactures unique alloy tool steel (SCM415H) outer diameter master gauges. The micrometer and our own outer diameter micro gauge (circle) can make contact with a line, allowing for measurements with an accuracy of up to 0.001mm, thus maintaining the quality demanded by manufacturers. Additionally, we also produce our own unique alloy tool steel ring gauges for measuring inner diameters. Our company undertakes the manufacturing of parts such as pressure rollers, plate cylinders, fountain rollers, and kneading rolls for the inking unit of printing machines from our major business partner, Miki Machinery Co., Ltd. Based on years of experience, we select the hardness of the bonding agent and the size of the abrasive grains to prevent scratches caused by the detachment of abrasive grains during polishing. This capability is our strength and has led to a long-standing relationship of trust. As a result, our consistent work system and past achievements have been recognized, and we have been selected as a development partner for Miki Machinery's intermittent rotary flexographic printing machine. Our company has skilled artisans capable of achieving ultra-precision polishing on the roll surface after plating, with a maximum height of surface roughness Rmax = 0.05s or less. Even minute polishing marks that are not detected by roughness gauges are eliminated through the craftsmanship of our artisans. This ultra-precision polishing technology, which ensures such accuracy, often receives products that have been polished by other companies for re-polishing. After mechanical polishing, we use a (oil-based) polishing compound and grinder known as mirror finishing to achieve a surface roughness with a maximum height of Rmax = 0.05s or less.
