We handle resin products that are useful when you want to protect circuit boards. For thicker materials or those with very strict dimensional tolerances, we use machining. For thinner materials, we use press processing with dies. We offer a variety of materials. From inexpensive polyester film to polycarbonate and specialized materials effective as insulation, we can make suggestions based on your application and budget. • Processing Contract

Our company owns press machines ranging from 35t to 150t, allowing us to handle a wide variety of tasks, from embossing film materials using Thomson (die-cut) types to pressing metal materials with molds. With the 150t machine, we can process up to approximately 1500mm in the longitudinal direction. (It is possible to exceed 2000mm in two processes.) For guide hole drilling, we use a scope method, and in cases of large quantities, we employ automatic machines to achieve both time savings and accuracy. 【Features】 - We can press products of various sizes and thicknesses with a total of 11 press machines ranging from 35t to 150t. - We accommodate both meticulous single pieces produced by large press machines and mass production using automatic press machines. - We can select from a wide variety of molds, including die molds, die-cut molds, pinnacle molds, and embossing molds, according to the required conditions. - We have a track record of handling items as small as 2mm in width to large items over 1000mm in width. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

• Processing Contract

We offer silk printing that can be applied to most materials, including tack paper, polyester film, polycarbonate film, magnets, fabric, and metal. By using dedicated molds for embossing switch buttons or by printing on both sides to create depth, a variety of products can be developed depending on your ideas. • Printing/Publishing

The offset machine we have is a flat sheet dedicated machine, primarily used for metal nameplates. Of course, it can also print on tack paper and resin films, not just metal. Unlike silk printing, it has less ink buildup, allowing for very delicate text to be printed, and after printing, bending processing can be done using a dedicated mold.
