At Araki Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we can measure particle size distribution with high precision. We have installed a "laser diffraction particle size distribution measurement device" (introduced in 2016) and evaluate it with common values using the same measurement method as our customers. We have also installed the "Multisizer," a precision particle size distribution measurement device from Beckman Coulter, which is essential for grinding toner raw materials, allowing for high-precision measurements. Araki Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is one of the few companies capable of handling a series of processes such as crushing, classification, coarse crushing, mixing, kneading, external addition, and filling. We accept raw materials from customers and primarily use dry crushing machines employing shock methods via supersonic jet streams or collision plates to crush and classify down to the micron level for delivery. We also accept inquiries regarding processing with small laboratory crushers (Lab Jet), as well as coarse crushing, mixing, kneading, and even nano-level crushing. • Processing Contract

Our company provides contract processing of powders in various fields, including chemical raw materials, cosmetic ingredients, resins, metal powders, food (additives), and toner materials. We accept raw materials from customers and primarily use dry grinding machines with shock methods via supersonic jet streams or collision plate methods to crush and classify down to the micron level for delivery. We also accept processing with small laboratory grinders (lab jets) as well as kneading, coarse grinding, and mixing.
