Merck's deposition material, Patinal, has over 30 years of production experience and outstanding expertise as a deposition material for manufacturing optical thin films. Optipur is used in scintillators and optical lenses as a raw material for high-purity single crystal production. We will introduce our strengths, including the composite oxide Substance H/M/L series, water-repellent/oil-repellent agent Substance WR4, and coloring composite oxide Black A.
