We don't want to spend time on shifts that take into account work style reforms, skill levels, busy and slow periods, and sudden staff absences. This is great news for customers who are struggling to create effective shifts. We are currently planning to offer the shift scheduling tool 'Math Manpower' as a web application. While general shift management tools provide support for collecting requests and visualizing them, compliance with laws and work rules, averaging shift assignments, pairing workers with skilled individuals, and creating shifts that meet various requests must be done manually. With Math Manpower, you can create optimal shifts simply by setting work conditions on a browser screen. Custom modifications (development) to meet customer needs are also possible.

This is a simulator developed for examining the movement of goods/people and processes in production lines, logistics systems, facilities, etc. By recreating the system on Witness, it is possible to quantify complex systems that cannot be formulated.
