At Sōkichi Sangyō, we handle wooden sticks and wooden spoons for ice cream, as well as round rods. For our main products, each stick is inspected individually using inspection machines equipped with laser sensors and cameras, followed by sterilization with UV sterilizers. Our company offers a manufacturing system called "Ice Stick Inserter & Image Monitoring System," based on the fundamental concepts of safety and security, which prevents foreign object contamination and enables product traceability. Due to the chuck's rotation angle of 90 degrees, high-speed cycle times are achievable (MAX 30 shots/min).
