We would like to introduce a case where we conducted prototype production (ASSY products) of a transport device consisting of a total of 6 parts (door-related components). The material used is plated material equivalent to 440 or 270. All processes, including prototype models, ASSY jigs, individual panel production, and spot welding, were carried out in-house. The production quantity is around a few units. The purpose is for assembly confirmation. 【Case Overview】 ■ Material: Plated material equivalent to 440 or 270 ■ Production Quantity: Around a few units ■ Purpose: For assembly confirmation *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured some exterior parts for a fuel cell bus. Initially, spot welding posed no issues and ensured strength; however, from the perspective of exterior parts, the finish of the welds did not meet the standards. Since the painting method did not resolve the issue, a redesign was necessary. Based on our past experience in manufacturing aluminum parts, we proposed a riveting method for joining. This resulted in a solution that satisfied the customer in terms of both appearance and strength, allowing for a design change in the joining method. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - The finish of the welds did not meet the standards from the perspective of exterior parts. - The painting method did not lead to a solution. ■Results - Compared to spot welding, quality control became easier. - This led to stable quality during production and reduced manufacturing costs. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Are you looking for a mold manufacturing system that can handle "mass production"? Our company specializes in a consistent production system that can complete everything in-house, from prototyping to mold manufacturing to mass production. Since we can respond with mass production in mind from the initial stages of product development, the transition from prototyping to mass production can proceed smoothly. We have extensive experience in mass production projects, particularly in the automotive and low-voltage electrical fields. Utilizing our design and processing know-how based on mass production, we can flexibly accommodate prototyping with an eye toward future mass production. Furthermore, we own a 2D fiber laser processing machine, achieving cutting speeds approximately three times faster than our previous capabilities. By expediting the processes from prototyping to small-scale production and mass production, we contribute to shortening development periods and reducing costs. Currently, we are offering a free "case study collection" summarizing our achievements in mass production. Companies looking for a mold manufacturing partner capable of mass production are encouraged to contact us without hesitation.

Small lot production with unpredictable production quantities We will discuss the planned quantities and production period and propose a manufacturing method. 【Process until production】 1. Receipt of product data and drawings for consideration 2. Discussion of production plan quantities, delivery lots, and mass production period 3. Based on quality conditions and total costs, we will propose either a prototype method or a production-ready method 4. It is also possible to submit estimates for two patterns.
