If you provide us with the product shape, we can handle everything from process planning to design, material procurement, machining, assembly, welding, surface treatment, hardening, pressing, inspection, and precision correction (finishing). Our workers can also assist with on-site installation and production preparation. We also manufacture transport equipment such as grippers and idlers. We accept repairs for molds currently in production. At Tokai Iron Works Co., Ltd., we accept orders for 2D and 3D laser cutting (2m x 4m), mold parts, and other jig assembly creation. We address issues such as the inability to perform large-size 2D or 3D cuts, the lack of manufacturers for transport equipment, and inefficiencies caused by having separate vendors for laser cutting and assembly welding. Our press operators can handle everything from adjustments to trials. If necessary, we can also procure parts.
