The "Hot Press for Diffusion Bonding" is a short-axis type device that performs bonding and molding processes of various materials by pressing workpieces loaded into the heating chamber at high temperatures. By making the contact surfaces of the press ram and punch spherical, it prevents uneven pressure against the inclination of the workpiece. Furthermore, for a single workpiece, uniform surface pressure can be ensured across the entire area by controlling multiple axes with the same program.
