Centrifugal casting pipes are manufactured using molds. Well-refined molten steel is injected into a mold that is rotating horizontally at high speed. Due to the action of centrifugal force, the molten steel tightly wraps around the inner wall of the mold and solidifies while maintaining a perfect circular diameter. A strong centrifugal force acts until solidification is complete, resulting in dense and sound products. Ultra-high strength steel with our unique specifications. Due to its high yield point, it has minimal deformation and is difficult to fracture under ultra-high strength conditions.

For products that do not require precision, the inner and outer diameters can be processed with Gr treatment, which helps to reduce costs. The outer diameter is determined by the mold, while the inner diameter is determined by the molten metal. Therefore, products with both thick and thin wall thicknesses can be freely set. Additionally, if the quantity is sufficient, we can also accommodate short-length products. If we have stock items available, we can also provide those.

• Piping Materials

For transport rollers, SCMnCr3A-CF is generally used. It has higher wear resistance and a longer lifespan compared to STKM seamless steel pipes. If SCMnCr3B-CF is used, it has even higher hardness and wear resistance.
