This is a micro hand dispenser suitable for manual operation. It enables stable application of high-viscosity liquids such as conductive liquids like solder paste and adhesives. By operating the manual XY table and manipulator (nozzle vertical movement), alignment can be easily achieved. It is capable of applying very small amounts with a drop dot diameter of less than 100 μm. Images from the microscope can be easily observed on a high-resolution monitor.
