• Sorting machine

We would like to introduce our high-speed dryer, the 'NNT-100'. Using a direct axial blow method, hot air is applied directly inside the drum without passing through perforations at the front and back openings, which shortens the drying time. Additionally, we have adopted insulation covers for the heater section, the front and back of the main body, and the ceiling surface. We would like to introduce our tunnel-type dryer, the 'APT-5100B/5120B'. Thanks to its special door structure, it allows for both input and output from the same side. This enables a space-saving installation equivalent to one conveyor, while the side without the conveyor becomes a safe maintenance area. Asahi's tunnel dryer, which utilizes the "Direct Axial Blow Method" to directly inject hot air into the inner cylinder, eliminates waste of thermal energy and achieves high-speed, energy-efficient drying. The B-type features significant improvements in the automatic lint removal function to address the decline in drying performance caused by lint accumulation. First, the lint filter area has been expanded to approximately 2.7 times that of conventional models. The airflow has been re-evaluated, and the structure has been changed to allow lint to adhere below the filter. Additionally, lint that adheres to the underside of the filter is removed using a vibrator and air. As a result, the initial drying performance can be maintained over an extended period, making efficiency sustainable.
