We assemble parts manufactured in-house, purchased components, and items supplied by customers, consolidating them within our company before completing the assembly in our factory. We can handle a wide range of assembly tasks, from simple parts to large-scale equipment. We go beyond just sheet metal processing; we consolidate parts manufactured by us, supplied items, and purchased components to perform equipment assembly. We also accept requests for assembly only. We perform machining using machining and lathes. In machining, we process metal blocks, while in lathes, we cut round bars and pipes with high precision. From the programming stage, we strive to create products that are faster and more precise through ingenuity. We receive drawings from customers and manufacture parts using various machine tools. We also accept complex parts such as additional processing of sheet metal components and pre-processing of welded parts. Using TIG welding, YAG welding, and fiber laser welding machines, our skilled craftsmen apply their accumulated know-how to provide welding that suits various applications. We also focus on the finishing appearance after welding, striving daily to ensure satisfaction with the beauty of the weld beads and the quality of the buff polishing. By utilizing the BEND CAM system, we can select bending sequence molds and confirm the positioning, allowing us to perform tasks without taking time for setup. Additionally, we have introduced a bender equipped with an ATC (Automatic Tool Change) system, enabling automatic mold setup for advanced operations. One machine performs nesting on-site to use materials efficiently with minimal waste. The other machine is a combined processing machine with a turret punch press, capable of simultaneously cutting materials with punching, drilling, countersinking, and tapping, resulting in significant time savings and enabling the production of more products. In particular, I was able to experience the latest collaborative robot that can be attached to the FLW1500MT fiber welding machine, and I could directly feel its operability and potential. Through the visit, I gained a lot of insights into the latest technologies and equipment, making it a very meaningful time. We have released a short company introduction video for Fineas Co., Ltd. A new introduction video for "Fineas Co., Ltd." located in Hannō City, Saitama Prefecture has been completed. Fineas Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive processing company capable of handling everything from sheet metal processing and machining to equipment assembly in an integrated system. In our second factory, we conduct equipment assembly and have installed a 2.8-ton hoist crane on a 200-tsubo (approximately 660 square meters) site, providing an environment that can accommodate the assembly of large products. Recently, representatives from Ninomiya Manufacturing Co., Ltd. visited our company to confirm the utilization of our production management software "Amada Vlot" and to conduct a factory tour. During the visit, we received proactive questions from Ninomiya Manufacturing Co., Ltd., allowing both parties to exchange know-how and information regarding production management.
