CNCTech specializes in the manufacturing of various resin parts for motorcycles, communication equipment, home appliances, IoT devices, and other assembly processing products through injection molding. Our northern and southern factories operate nearly 150 injection molding machines ranging from 75 tons to 600 tons. We regularly handle engineering resins such as ABS, ASA, HIPS, PC, PBT, PMMA, PA, POM, and TPEE. The pellets often contain flame-retardant additives and may include reinforcing fibers in some cases.

CNCTech manufactures various types of molds for resin injection molding and aluminum die casting. As a mold manufacturer, we possess reliable mold manufacturing know-how and conduct all mold testing in-house. After years of experience providing machined parts for molds such as inserts and slides for Japanese customers, we began full mold manufacturing in 2014. We had the opportunity to co-develop new communication equipment with one of our customers. Today, if you are watching television or browsing the internet in Vietnam, you may be connected through equipment manufactured using our molds.

CNCTech handles over 1,000 drawings for parts used in the manufacturing of custom machines, automation equipment, molds, motorcycles, electronics, and more each month.
