Among the maintenance items, the ratio of brake issues is high, and grinding the disc rotors is effective in resolving judder and brake noise caused by rotor distortion. After removing rust with shot blasting, the disc rotor is set in the grinding machine, and grinding begins. At Kyoei First, we perform brake lining replacement work for Isuzu, UD, Mitsubishi Fuso, and Hino companies. We rebuild used, rusted brake shoes to like-new condition. The roller parts are disassembled, cleaned, and lubricated before the brake lining is replaced.
