Please check the product specification sheet. The inorganic semi-permanent water-repellent film shows no decrease in water contact angle even after 5 hours of wiper abrasion testing. It remains effective even in constantly wet conditions during the typhoon season in August and does not peel off like commercially available alkyl fluoride-containing surfactants within two weeks, even when exposed to wind and rain. It is a so-called chemically bonded water-repellent film. The same effect is observed on inorganic substrates such as metals. It is effective, and depending on customer needs, it is also possible to provide adhesion to plastics. Currently, we are developing product numbers for plastic applications. We are focusing on the development of cellulose nanocrystals. It will be a coating agent that creates a tough and transparent film similar to diamond-like coatings.

• Organic Natural Materials

"Lipophobia" is an oil-repellent and water-repellent coating agent made from inorganic polymers using high molecular weight silicone as a binder. It adheres strongly to the substrate due to the silanol groups at the polymer ends, and the silicone film is uniformly arranged on the surface of the coating, achieving both adhesion durability and oil repellency, which are opposing characteristics. 【Features】 ■ It becomes an excellent coating film, particularly for woodwork, building materials, and steel plates, providing resistance to contamination, oil repellency, and lubricity. ■ The service life is approximately 10 years. ■ If hydrophilic dirt, such as yellow sand, adheres, it can be removed by washing with water. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

• Coating Agent

"HydrogateF" is a coating agent that hybridizes about 1% of a visible light-excited photocatalyst with a water-soluble silicon-based polymer developed uniquely by our company. Since the photocatalyst migrates to the surface immediately after application, there is no concern about degrading the substrate. Additionally, it not only shortens the process but also demonstrates performance equal to or greater than that of general photocatalytic coatings with a coating amount of 10g/m², allowing for even application while being economical. • Coating Agent

"Hydrophobia" is a water-repellent coating agent made from silica compounds. It can form a film on the surface of materials through application methods such as spray coating, rolling, or brushing, and it dries at room temperature.
