For nearly half a century since our founding, we have provided functional prototype models and design models made from resin to manufacturers of home appliances, semiconductors, precision equipment, and housing equipment in Japan, assisting them in bringing new products to market. Although the demand for model production domestically has been declining due to the shift of production sites overseas, we take pride in the fact that functional prototyping still plays an important role in design and manufacturing fields. • Prototype Services

- Pipe Bender We offer a Taiwanese pipe bender that has a proven track record with major domestic companies and has sold 2,000 units worldwide. - Pipe End Processing Machine It enables complex end processing when connecting pipes. - Spinning Processing Machine (Hollow Forming Machine) It can automatically change the diameter of pipes and perform deep drawing of metal sheets. - Metal Saw Cutting Machine It accurately cuts metal pipes and other materials to specified dimensions. - Deburring Machine It allows for easy deburring of products using a brush. - Image Processing Inspection Device This is an appearance inspection device that uses a tabletop robot. It automatically inspects multiple products for scratches and dirt, as well as measures product dimensions. - Compact Machining Center With just one machine, various processes such as cutting, laser processing, and ultrasonic processing can be performed simply by changing the head.

We specialize in precision prototyping of resin products used for functional and technical prototypes. We also handle many modifications and alterations of resin products. Additionally, you can trust us with the production of design models and vacuum cast products, as well as any other prototype manufacturing related to resin.
