We have automated all processes except for the loading and unloading of parts!

Our company conducts cationic electrophoretic painting, and our facility (the 7th line at the headquarters factory) is capable of accommodating a wide range of sizes, from small parts to large components. We use white-colored electrophoretic paint instead of black, and when the undercoat (electrophoretic paint) is white, the paint color remains stable without the need for an additional topcoat, allowing for efficient application of the topcoat.
