In addition to injection molding, our company also conducts gas-assisted molding and insert molding using vertical molding machines (including overseas locations). Polyamide resin containing 50% glass fiber is prone to uneven thickness in gas injection, but we have successfully achieved mass production. We handle many precision parts for automobiles that are more difficult to process compared to general metalworking parts, which have strict requirements for positional accuracy, dimensional accuracy, and surface roughness set on different axes. We own over 100 automatic lathes capable of this processing, including those in overseas factories, and we achieve mass production of 1.5 million units per month for products being manufactured in these facilities.
