"FH-5" is our original high-strength copper alloy that is far superior to JIS standard CAC303 (HBsC3) and ASTM-B147-8C SAE430B. It has excellent wear resistance that does not cause wear on the counterpart material even in cases of insufficient lubrication. "FH-20" is our original wear-resistant copper alloy that enhances wear resistance by adding silicon to a high-strength brass alloy. Compared to wear-resistant copper alloys such as lead bronze, aluminum bronze, and high-strength brass, it excels in wear resistance and seizure resistance. Additionally, it features the characteristic of not wearing down the counterpart steel, making it less likely to seize even when lubrication is insufficient, thus preventing damage to the counterpart steel.
