We have a track record of manufacturing various formulations necessary for the sterilization and disinfection of biological and medical devices, including benzalkonium chloride, chlorhexidine gluconate, alkyl diaminoethyl glycine hydrochloride, povidone-iodine, hydrogen peroxide, and glutaraldehyde preparations. Additionally, we are capable of producing sterile disinfectants that have undergone high-pressure steam sterilization using low-concentration benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine gluconate, among others.

Our company manufactures various alcohol-based products, including Japanese Pharmacopoeia disinfectant ethanol for external use and medical devices, as well as hand sanitizers that combine ethanol with various concentrations of ethanol, isopropanol formulations, and disinfectants such as benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine gluconate. Additionally, we produce food additives and disinfectants containing alcohol that are used to enhance food preservation, disinfect food machinery, equipment, and utensils, as well as for sanitation management in food manufacturing facilities. Both our manufacturing and filling equipment are located in our own factory, allowing for a wide range of lot sizes and capacities.

Based on the standards for manufacturing and quality control of pharmaceuticals (GMP), our company implements strict manufacturing management at each stage, from the acceptance of raw materials and supplies to intermediate and final products, ensuring the provision of reliable pharmaceuticals. By conducting hygiene management and quality control related to manufacturing water and microorganisms, we are able to consistently produce high-quality pharmaceuticals. We can accommodate lot sizes ranging from 200L to 6000L, with filling quantities from 30mL (bottles) to 18L (cans, bag-in-box), 200L (drums), 1000L (containers), and powder bags (100g to 1kg).
