The SOFC (Solid Oxide Fuel Cell) generates electricity by chemically reacting fuel (hydrogen) with oxygen and can supply energy in the form of heat by recovering waste heat, making it a high-energy efficiency power generation unit. The cell stack is the core part of the SOFC unit, consisting of several dozen ceramic power generation cells arranged in series and bonded together. Since the start of fuel cell research and development in 1985, Kyocera has continued to challenge the technology development of small SOFCs, and in 2011, Kyocera's cell stack was incorporated into a home-use SOFC power generation system. 【Features】 ■ High power generation efficiency ■ High durability / low maintenance ■ Low noise ■ Capable of recovering thermal energy *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

The "Peltier module (thermo module)" is a thermal control module that has the effects of both "heating" and "cooling." By passing an electric current, it is possible to change the surface temperature and maintain (adjust) it at a desired temperature. Generally, it may also be referred to as a thermo module or Peltier element, but Kyocera refers to it as a Peltier module. 【Features】 ■ Adopts a structure that sandwiches two types of semiconductor elements arranged in series with a copper substrate ■ A device that applies the "Peltier effect" ■ It is also possible to switch between heating and cooling surfaces ■ Can be used as a thermoelectric power generation module that applies the "Seebeck effect" *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

A "piezoelectric element" is a unique device that expands and contracts when a voltage is applied, and conversely generates voltage when deformed. It is commonly referred to as a piezo element. Kyocera's piezoelectric elements can deform and vibrate from nanometers to several hundred micrometers at intervals of one thousandth to a few tenths of a second, even in harsh environments, and they can repeat these actions quickly and accurately. Conversely, they can also detect minute pressure fluctuations and obtain corresponding signals. Based on automotive-level durability and reliability, these devices are active in a wide variety of applications. 【Features】 ■ Ultra-fast response ■ High precision displacement ■ Low power consumption ■ Electromagnetic noise-free ■ Long lifespan (proven in automotive applications) *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
