"Karute-kun III" is an insurance checker that allows for online eligibility verification (confirmation of insurance validity) using information from My Number cards and health insurance cards, and can semi-automatically register this information into the Japan Medical Association's standard receipt software (ORCA). Patients who bring their My Number cards can use the facial recognition card reader outside the reception, while those with health insurance cards can scan their cards using the scanner at the reception.
