We offer the "Kizunondai," a shoulder scratch prevention bending die that can bend decorative materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, mirror-finished materials, and colored steel sheets without leaving shoulder scratches. The roller section rotates in response to the press, maintaining constant flat contact with the workpiece, thus preventing shoulder scratches that typically occur with standard V-die processing. Additionally, it ensures high-precision processing without distortion at the edges of holes or along slanted edges, which can be a problem with standard V-die processing.
