Typically, cleaning is done with acidic water such as hypochlorous acid water, but there were issues with tube degradation and corrosion of metal parts. Unlike a typical facility with only one 20A tube, this project involved an entire building that was a dental clinic, so the nozzle was installed as the water supply pipe at the outlet of the water storage tank. The purpose of utilizing the UFB nozzle in dialysis hospitals is for the cleaning of dialysis piping and the cleaning of filtration membranes. Managing the type and concentration of cleaning agents, as well as the cleaning time, places a significant burden on the responsible technicians, in addition to the costs associated with equipment degradation and replacement due to the cleaning agents. As a countermeasure to these issues, 'UFB DUAL' has been installed in two locations: the cleaning section of the dialysis line and the RO system. When installed during the introduction of water treatment, there has been no observed decrease in water quantity or quality even after six months, and after more than two years of observation post-installation, the RO membranes have maintained a clean state, allowing for a significant delay in the replacement timing of RO membranes and piping compared to normal. We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of the "UFB Nozzle" at the Nopporo Clinic of the Medical Corporation Kitakoukai. After a year and a half of observation following the introduction, there was no decrease in the conductivity of RO water, and the RO membrane was not contaminated. Additionally, the deterioration of machine parts was less than before installation, and reports indicate that scale in the water supply line has been removed.
