Introducing the thermal spraying process "High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF)." Compared to conventional plasma spraying, it can form coatings with higher hardness and excellent wear resistance. Since the plasma flame itself is inert, even low melting point metals like aluminum and copper can achieve a pure and low-oxidation coating. The generation of sludge in Japan is said to be around 75 million tons of organic sludge annually, and the main methods of sludge treatment are effective utilization and volume reduction. In either case, it is necessary to remove the moisture from the sludge. Methods for moisture removal include dewatering and evaporation, but evaporation incurs energy costs.
