We offer a "Surface Inspection Service" that detects fine scratches, dirt, and foreign substances on substrate surfaces in a clean room using high-sensitivity cameras, and accurately removes the detected foreign substances captured in images. Under certain conditions, defects as small as 0.03mm in diameter can be detected with high-sensitivity cameras. Additionally, inspection results can be printed out in map format. The resulting surface with its uneven texture has a frosted appearance (matte finish) that can reduce reflectivity.
