In the past, it seems they purchased long standard items of L size and cut them down to make these. Without creating a mold, hex rivets are made and then cut to the specified length using a cam-type secondary processing machine. If the quantity increases, it would be more cost-effective to produce a mold, but for around 10,000 pieces, I believe that cutting is better in terms of delivery time and cost.
