In this document, we summarize and introduce examples of commissioned projects handled by Iosis Co., Ltd. We have published a total of five examples utilizing various technologies such as AWS, React.js, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, and PHP Laravel. Our company provides system integration services as well as sales and services related to information systems. In addition to our high technical capabilities, we can accommodate various development methods and platforms (such as CI and AWS). • Other core systems

We would like to introduce a case study of a shrine management system project commissioned by Iosis Co., Ltd. Although there was prior experience in building another shrine management system, we were approached due to the high costs of the relevant vendor and decided to take on the project. We conducted a skill transfer to the vendor's staff by March 2024, and from April 2024 onwards, the vendor has been handling maintenance independently. There were significant troubles in the upstream processes, such as fixing specifications after the planned release date, which resulted in a larger budget relative to the project's scale. Documentation was accumulated in Confluence, and the repository was transferred. Since the customer lacked knowledge in AWS and PHP during the handover, we also provided training alongside maintenance. We would like to introduce a case study of a commissioned project for a POS (Point of Sale) system for beauty salons, handled by Iosis Co., Ltd. Two years have passed since the system launch, but there are still many unresolved issues, and the vendor's response has been poor, leading the user side to decide to change vendors. After receiving inquiries from other vendors who could not provide support linguistically, Iosis conducted an investigation and determined that we could provide support. At the vendor's request, the handover was gradually redone over the course of a year. During this process, the areas of responsibility were gradually transferred to Iosis, and the transfer was completed. We would like to introduce a case study of a project commissioned by a tutoring company that was handled by Iosis Co., Ltd. This project developed from an SES project that had been under maintenance for about 1.5 years. Originally, it was a project ordered to a different vendor, but a vendor change was decided due to the user's intention. Initially, it involved partial function development, but the quality of the assigned areas was high and the schedule was always ahead of time, so ultimately, we were asked to handle the entire production. There were about 90 specification deficiencies that were discovered after the order was placed, but we absorbed those as well. Since we were able to deliver ahead of schedule, we also provided technical training for the internal SE of the tutoring company, created manuals, and supported maintenance planning. We would like to introduce a case study of a project commissioned to improve the management system of a rental office handled by Iosis Co., Ltd. After the launch, the client faced many issues and renovation projects, which posed challenges to the system despite the business performing well. However, our company took charge of maintenance operations and additional development, growing sales from 80 million yen per month to 450 million yen over three years. We also doubled the efficiency of sales and inquiry numbers, achieving zero system troubles in the past year. • Process Control System

We would like to introduce a case study of a project commissioned by a construction company that was handled by IoSys Co., Ltd. At the customer's request, we developed the system from scratch. The project encompassed a wide range of functionalities including customer management, contract management, construction management, and sales management. However, since the requirements were clearly defined, we only needed to address the work from the basic design phase onward. Additionally, the user side took care of all infrastructure-related aspects, which resulted in the system being completed on a significantly low budget relative to its scale.
