"Fumi-chan" is a noodle-making machine that streamlines the preparation process and can produce noodle sheets with the same quality as those made by foot kneading. Traditional foot kneading machines require materials to be added one at a time, but this machine can continuously produce noodle sheets, processing about 100 kg of flour per hour.
