Compared to sand casting, the mold can be reused multiple times, enabling mass production. "Sand casting" is a method where natural silicon, synthetic silicon, and other materials are mixed with liquid resin and hardener, packed into a wooden mold, solidified, removed from the mold, assembled, and then molten aluminum alloy is poured in to solidify and create the product. It allows for casting from small to large items. The mold can be easily disassembled, and the removal of castings is simple. The material cost is low, and the amount of waste sand is about 10%, making it an economical molding method, with no unpleasant odors or harmful gases generated during casting.
