By reducing dissolved Ca²⁺ (calcium), Mg²⁺ (magnesium), SiO₂ (silicon dioxide), and others in the cooling water at the (-) electrode through electrolysis, and precipitating them in the form of CaO (calcium oxide), it automatically discharges outside the circulation system, preventing the formation of scale inside and outside the cooling device's piping. The water with altered electrolyte structure replenishes the substances causing scale that were removed through the electrolysis reaction while circulating, maintaining a state of equilibrium. Therefore, it separates the substances causing scale from the existing scale attached to the inside of the cooling tower, circulation piping, heat exchangers, etc., and discharges them from the aqueous system through electrolysis. This can be applied to all locations using circulating water from cooling towers, allowing for the separation and discharge of scale within the circulating water and even the invisible scale inside the piping. It also prevents the proliferation of Legionella bacteria and aerobic microorganisms that occur during the summer through electrolysis. It can be applied to various cooling devices such as heat exchangers (evaporators, condensers) necessary for freezing during the production process of seafood processing/storage and food/beverage processing/storage, as well as in molding processes, die casting, compressors, pressing equipment, and indirect heaters.

Free membership registrationThe 'raw perilla oil' produced by washing perilla seeds, sun-drying them, and cold-pressing at temperatures below 50°C without heating, has a beautiful golden color and is characterized by its fresh aroma. Perilla is an annual herb from the mint family, rich in Omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid), and has gained attention as a health food. Perilla seeds contain about 45% oil, with approximately 60% of that oil being Omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid), which is a precursor to DHA. Mother's Heart's raw perilla oil was the first to be registered as a "functional food" with the Japanese Consumer Affairs Agency. Its functionality is suitable for those with slightly elevated blood pressure. Registration number: G176.
