The second generation "Biopti System" inherits the functions of the first generation and allows for cultivation in two temperature ranges (e.g., 35°C and 44.5°C). It can also simultaneously test standard liquid media of different test tube sizes and double-concentration liquid media. This is a public method inspection automation system that shortens the inspection process, enabling rapid and efficient testing. Simply insert the test tube containing the sample into the device to start the inspection. The status of the inspection is automatically recorded, and results are notified without any waiting. We offer a disposable type of liquid medium in PS Durham tubes that does not require medium preparation, sterilization, or cleaning. ■ Lighter than glass with polystyrene material! Compared to conventional glass Durham tubes (specific gravity 2.5), the PS Durham tube made of polystyrene (specific gravity 1.06) has a specific gravity of less than half.
