• Plastic processing machines (cutting and rolling)

In the molding of long and hollow shafts, it is possible to utilize existing forging equipment. Sequential molding using spinning machines raises the limits of forging. Mass production of shafts that could not be molded due to stroke limitations becomes possible. Because it is sequential molding, entry into new products can be achieved with low equipment investment.

• Blow Molding Machine

We will introduce examples of processing motor-related components. The FF method allows for a hollow shape with a large inner diameter, achieving not only weight reduction but also enhanced cooling effects. Due to warm processing, the thrust is extremely low at around 7 tons. The "Flow Forming Method" is a technique that actively flows the metal structure from relatively thick materials to accurately process complex shapes. In processing with flow forming, it is possible to enhance the mechanical properties of the material by compressing it between the mold and rollers. It is possible to reduce the diameter at both ends of the pipe and form a flange at the reduced diameter section. Since it can be formed from thick-walled pipes without cutting, and can achieve flange formation through plastic processing, it allows for a reduction in material costs. Compared to forging, this process involves less cutting and does not waste resources. It contributes to carbon neutrality and the SDGs.
