We would like to introduce our "Nickel Plating (Electroless)" service. It is possible to increase the hardness up to Hv500±50 (with a plating thickness of approximately 25μm). Additionally, it can be hardened up to Hv1000 through heat treatment. As for the manufacturing range, for shafts, the maximum dimensions are φ350×800mm, and for equipment, the maximum dimensions are 350 (W) × 600 (L) × 800 (H), with a maximum weight of 40kg per item.
