Our company manufactures FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) molding molds and handles molds for FRA (Fiber Reinforced Acrylic) bathtubs. FRA bathtubs are formed using vacuum molding for the acrylic sheet on the surface of the bathtub. The acrylic sheet is softened by heating it at high temperatures and then quickly shaped under vacuum pressure, which requires the molding molds to have excellent heat resistance and strength to withstand vacuum pressure.
