Because the structure of the mold and the molding method are simple, the time and material costs associated with mold manufacturing can be kept relatively low. For example, in the case of hollow products like containers, if you try to reproduce them with an injection mold, you will need a four-sided mold, but with a blow mold, you only need a two-sided mold. Due to the simple structure, changes in shape and design can also be made relatively inexpensively.

• Prototype Services

The lost wax method, as the name "Lost Wax" suggests, is a technique that uses wax to create complex shapes for casting brittle alloys. Since it does not require expensive molds, it allows for casting without incurring initial costs.

We possess equipment such as lathes and machining centers, as well as surface grinders, cylindrical grinders (internal and external diameter grinders), and various grinding machines, along with horizontal machining centers and multi-tasking lathes. The "Power Assist Equipped Cart" that we handle is a product with a light initial pressure force. It reduces the burden on the body that occurs during initial movement, allowing for transportation with approximately 1/5 the force compared to the normal pressure force (N) during regular operation.
