We handle the "Anisotropic Conductive Film (ACF)" from H&S High Tech, a company that develops and sells reliable and low-cost products as one of the few ACF manufacturers. This material disperses fine conductive particles within an insulating resin on the film. By applying pressure and temperature, it achieves adhesion while simultaneously providing electrical connection in the vertical direction through the conductive particles sandwiched between the electrodes, and insulation in the horizontal direction.
