This device is a low-power data logger that can simultaneously observe rainfall and water levels. It has been developed to enable continuous observation in locations without commercial power supply (AC 100V). Due to its low-power design, it can be operated using a combination of batteries and solar panels. The signals input from the rain gauge and water level gauge are stored in memory after basic statistical processing, and data can be transferred to external data collection devices using a wired network or mobile router.

It can be viewed on smartphones and tablets using a web browser.
