These concerns can be resolved with Osaka Gas Liquid's low-temperature freeze grinding. ● Osaka Gas Liquid's Grinding Processing We utilize the cold energy of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and the liquefied nitrogen that is stably produced within our group for grinding. We have two dedicated test grinding machines, capable of handling nearly 200 test grinding requests annually. We can conduct rapid prototyping and provide powders with adjusted particle sizes to match development and process considerations. Additionally, we own six grinding machines of the same series, ranging from test machines to mass production machines. This allows for a smooth transition from testing to mass production.
